Fans
There is no contract or relationship between you and this site.
You get to enjoy it "as is", and as we allow you, or not.
ALL your purchases and arrangements are with the Professional with whom they are dealing.
ALL disputes are with them. You can tell us about your dispute, and if is pattern of disputes that becomes interesting to us, but this will not impinge on yours.
You will not attempt to breach our Age Verification.
We have "reasonable use" rules to ensure resources are not abused.
Professionals
Tagging people, site members and others, MUST BE ACCURATE. If you, or your online presence agent (model agents don't fuck about like this) start to tag people who are NOT involved, your account is at risk, we can levy liquidated damages of £50 per miss-tagged individual. This clause exists because a lot of dodgy agents think anything goes, and it does not. You also risk being sued by the person you tag.
Account can be cancelled by either party, at will. No excuse needed on either side. We will cancel accounts that break the rules, or even fail to understand social interaction, or just are not commercially profitable for us.
Cancelled Accounts default to Disabling the account and Unpublishing (but not deleting) the content. After 30 days, the account and content is automatically deleted.
No Refunds - you paid for the right to have the account in accordance with rules, for UP TO the time you paid for. If you have been booted, you broke them, that's on you, so no refunds.
Liquidated Damages : a sum we can levy for wasting our time. It usually means we really want to delete your account, but if you are willing to pay, then one last chance.
Breaching Content Rules is a really way to get booted. WE ARE LIABLE for your content on the site. Read the rules. We try and be as free as possible, but there are limits that we can't cross.
Copyright
Read the Copyright stuff but note that IF, after a complainant sees your convincing response with your evidence of creation/permission, they STILL won't admit their error, if you want us to reup your content, we expect you to stand your ground and provide contact details for service of legal documents. If you don't, we will not reup the content. This may change in due course - we get involved directly - but that is only when our legal budgets are big enough to scare unprofessional take down services.
